The NGO and non-profit volunteer organisation EFRU - the Emergency Fire and Rescue Unit - is off on a fund-raising cycling tour in Sicily, supported by BNF Bank. They will be cycling across a challenging 300 km stretch of Sicilian undulating terrain. The objective is to collect donations for the organisation's operations to maintain a team of fully trained rescuers, first responders and fire-fighting personnel.
In its commitment to support community events in Gozo, BNF Bank is sponsoring the well-known and popular musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, running at Teatru Astra. This year is the 50th anniversary of the musical’s debut, written by Tim Rice with music composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The festival starts on January 25 with a solemn mass at St Paul’s Collegiate Church in Rabat under the musical direction of Fondazzjoni Paulus’ Choir Mistress Charlene Portelli and ends on February 17 with a Roman Festival organised in St Paul’s Catacombs.
