Banif Bank (Malta) p.l.c regrets to announce the passing away of Dr Simon Tortell LL.D., Director and Company Secretary.

Dr Tortell has been an active member of the Board of Directors since the Bank's inception and was instrumental in the setting up of the Bank. He was valued as an esteemed colleague and friend and his presence will be missed by the whole team.

During this time of deep sorrow and grief, the Directors of the Board of Banif Bank wish to express their condolences and solidarity to Dr Tortell's family, especially to his loving wife Silvana, his daughters Elena, Alexandra and Ana Sofia, his friends, as well as his colleagues at Simon Tortell & Associates. The Board of Directors
