BNF Bank supports Inspire Foundation’s TV Marathon - Jien Suċċess
As one of Malta's largest NGOs serving hundreds of clients per year, Inspire Foundation has always depended heavily on volunteers and other organisations to keep its running costs low and its services sustainable. In continuation of its mission, the Foundation will be hosting ‘Jien Suċċess', a three-hour TV marathon that will be broadcasted on TVM on Sunday 6th September between 3pm and 6pm.
Proceeds from this TV marathon will go towards an upgrade of the heating system of Inspire's hydrotherapy pool, which offers a multitude of benefits to persons with a disability, helping in pain management, strength and function while stimulating the senses. Due to it being inexistent for a significant number of years, considerable maintenance costs and repeated outages in service because of repeated malfunctioning hinder the valuable service for those who really benefit from such a service.
With upgrade costs exceeding €200,000 for a more energy efficient and environmentally friendly equipment, BNF Bank is fully supporting the Foundation's mission to continue its important work to help alleviate the difficulties faced by those individuals, families and segments of society who are in need.
George Debono, BNF Bank's Chief Commercial Officer who will be representing the Bank during the TV programme said that "BNF has long incorporated in its business model a strategy of community actions based on its core values of empathy and responsibility, reaching vulnerable individuals in terms of education, empowerment, and a healthy life. Our collaboration with Inspire Foundation serves to further support the local community and help those truly in need".
