BNF Bank went through a digital transformation, upgrading its core banking system and digital channels, as well as switching from VISA to MasterCard. This change, which is meant to offer an enhanced banking experience, requires activation of both the new digital channels and MasterCard products. While most of our customers successfully managed to go through this process, there has been technical challenges. The Bank is constantly monitoring to ensure all issues are addressed as quickly as possible.
