Administrative Officer

 

The Bank is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join its E-Channels Unit.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • work on projects that are being handled by E-Channels Unit, mainly related to Cards, Internet Banking, ATMs and any other channels or new products being handled by the unit;
  • assist in the development and testing of new and existing features of the Bank's card services, Internet Banking, and ATM network;
  • liaise with 3rd party service providers, including VISA, as and when required, with a view to improving the relative service, function and providing the required returns in line with established guidelines and timelines, etc.;
  • handle tasks related to the management of the Bank's ATM network, Internet Banking Platform, and Card systems that fall within the responsibility of the Unit.
  • process and evaluate card chargeback claims and liaise with 3rd party service providers and branch network; and
  • carry out various daily operational tasks, and assist the line Manager on ad-hock tasks and reports as and when required.

Competencies and experience

The potential candidate should have a positive attitude, be well-organised, with a disposition to learn and a meticulous and team-oriented approach to work.

You must: 

  • be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • have good verbal and written communication skills;
  • be results driven with a customer centric approach to work;
  • be meticulous with attention to detail;
  • have a technical background working with systems and Microsoft Office Applications
  • have organisational skills; and
  • possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Banking & Finance. 

A background in Electronic Banking Services, Digital Banking Applications and Card Industry with previous experience in testing applications will be considered an asset.
