Duties & Responsibilities

The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting all the functions related to marketing, campaigns, PR, communications, CSR and sponsorship initiatives of the Bank.

You will be responsible for:

  • assisting in managing branding activities and initiatives;
  • contributing towards creating marketing material for various external channels;
  • assisting in successfully implementing integrated marketing campaigns;
  • assisting in managing the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility events; and
  • supporting in coordinating promotional material.
  • assisting the team’s reporting function
  • collaborating with the Branch network on support initiatives
  • assisting on Website administration

Competencies & Experience

The potential candidate should be reliable and trustworthy, well-organised with a disposition to learn and have a team-oriented approach.

You must:

  • possess excellent verbal, formal written communication and social skills;
  • have excellent planning, organisation and time management abilities;
  • have a creative mind, fresh and innovative idea generator;
  • have the ability to be flexible, manage priorities whilst remaining calm under pressure;  
  • have the ability to work collaboratively and independently when required;
  • be meticulous with attention to detail;
  • be well organised and open to learn;
  • possess a Diploma/Degree or a recognised qualification in Marketing or in a related field;
  • be able to work on own initiative; and
  • be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • have previous experience in a similar role is considered as an asset;
