Data and Administration Executive

The Bank is seeking to recruit a Data and Administration Executive to join its Commercial Department.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • administer database and support in the collection and analysis of organisational data from across units and departments;
  • support the Head of Department with the gathering, analysis and presentation of organisational data;
  • compile and provide statistics, data and reports in relation to departmental requirements; 
  • manage and administer the different analytical tools in relation to the department;
  • carry out diversified support activities of a commercial, administrative, and/or operative nature;
  • coordinate between the units within the department and other departments of the Bank;
  • troubleshoot and offer potential solutions;
  • update training material and coordinate with other units for the organisation of staff training within the departments;
  • ensure compliance to the Bank's guidelines, policies and procedures at all times;
  • perform other related assignments/tasks as requested by management; and
  • assist in the coordination of business activities. 

Competencies and experience

The potential candidate should be reliable and trustworthy, well-organised with a disposition to learn and have a team-oriented approach.

You must:

  • have a Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Banking and Finance. A qualification in relation to business statistics will be considered an asset; 
  • have advanced experience on any Data Visualisation platform such as Power BI;
  • have knowledge of a broad range of Analytical techniques and Methodologies;
  • be able to translate data analysis into insight, and to communicate that back to stakeholders both verbally and via documentation;
  • have experience in supplying data and data analysis to business users;
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • be solutions driven and resilient;
  • have a customer centric approach to work;
  • be proficient with MS Office applications most especially in MS Excel and SharePoint; and
  • preferably have previous experience in a similar role.
