Dr. Jean Noel Cutajar is a legal professional, specialising in banking, finance, and corporate law. Dr. Cutajar earned his Doctorate of Laws from the University of Malta in 2010 and further enhanced his knowledge with a Master of Laws, specializing in banking and finance, from the University of London in 2017.
Additionally, he holds a degree in company directorship from the UK Institute of Directors, London, in 2021. Throughout his career, Dr. Cutajar has advised various reputable companies and institutions, including HSBC Bank p.l.c. and the Central Bank of Malta, amongst others.
