Dr Jeanette Carabott

Dr Jeanette Carabott joined BNF Bank p.l.c. as Company Secretary in August 2023. She is a lawyer by profession, practicing primarily in financial services law & banking law. Her area of expertise is company secretariat. Prior to joining BNF, Dr Carabott spent 12 years at Bank of Valletta p.l.c (BOV), whereby she commenced her career as junior lawyer. She then moved on to deputise the role of Company Secretary and assisted in leading the Company Secretariat team. For three years, Dr Carabott was also the Company Secretary of a media production house. Prior to her engagement with BOV, Dr Carabott also held the position of Legal Researcher within an auditing firm and also served as a Notary Assistant with two leading Notaries.
