Moh’d Abdelqader Darwish Al-Ramahi

Mr Moh’d Abdelqader Darwish Al-Ramahi has been appointed to the Board of Directors of BNF Bank p.l.c. since 15 February 2023 and he is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Bank and also an Alternate Member of the Credit Approval Committee of the Bank.

Mr Al-Ramahi is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Al Faisal Holding, a position which he holds since 2018.

Mr Ramahi has been working in finance for over 30 years and has served as Group Finance Manager for the Al Faisal Holding Company from 2003 until 2007. Mr Ramahi was also the Chief Financial Officer of Aamal Company from 2007 until 2018 and Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer until 2022. Recently, in November 2024 Mr Al-Ramahi joined the Board of Al Faisal Al Baladi Holding, a diversified group focused on food sustainability.

Mr Ramahi holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Jordan.
