Support Assistant - International Business Unit (Fixed Term)

The Bank is seeking to recruit Support Assistants who are interested to gain some experience in banking, on a full-time basis for a fixed period of 3 to 4 months.

Duties and responsibilities

During this period, the selected officials will be responsible to carry out diversified support activities of an administrative nature and other tasks may be required from time to time. 

Competencies and experience

The potential candidate should be reliable and trustworthy, well-organised with a disposition to learn and a team-oriented approach.

You must:

  • possess have an 'O' level standard of education;
  • adopt a target driven approach; 
  • be resilient with a 'can do' attitude and be willing to learn;
  • have good analytical skills and be meticulous in your work;
  • be able to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure;
  • possess good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese; and
  • possess good Microsoft Office application skills mainly in the use of Excel and Word.
