I received my Visa Credit Card Statement. When will the payment be made?

No repayment is due for April 2025 for your old Visa Credit Card. Repayments for your new MasterCard will start in May 2025.

As per normal practice, customers who make full repayments will be debited in full, whilst those who make minimal repayments will be debited as per minimal repayment due.In the meantime, customers who wish to make a payment towards their credit cards via eBNF are free to do so, although the direct debit will still appear on 25th May, and on the 25th of every month thereafter. The direct debit date is fixed on the 25th of each month, in line with the Bank’s billing cycle.

If a full or minimum repayment is made on or before the 20th of the month, it will be taken into account, and no direct debit will be processed on the 25th. If a partial payment is made by the 20th, the remaining balance will be debited on the 25th.

Payments made between the 21st and 24th will not be reflected in time, and the full amount as per the statement will still be debited on the 25th.
